The gates between the laneway and the IHYC rigging have now been replaced.

The gates work much better now but are still challenging to open & close on high wind days.

It also now appears that vehicles are parking in the rigging area where the owners are not members of IHYC.

IHYC intends to also install bollard gates and is working with Bellarine Bayside to this end.

Until the bollard gates are installed, the Committee asks members to close the IHBC gates at the end of swimming or sailing.

If the wind is causing issues, please put your safety first and get to the rigging area by driving on the beach side of the Hall.
